At BikeHaus, we want you to ride with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all labels attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear or base-layer apparel
- Any item that has been used, worn, or installed
- Products that have been modified, assembled, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at sales@bikehaus.co.za
- Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange collection.
⚠️ Please do NOT send items back without approval.
Collection Process
- Collection is arranged within 3–5 working days (main areas)
- Outlying areas may take up to 7 working days
- Items must be securely packaged with the original invoice included
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded via:
- Store credit (default) OR
- Original payment method (for faulty/incorrect items)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was delivered
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the issue
We will:
- Replace the item (subject to stock), OR
- Issue a full refund
Important (Shoes & Apparel)
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in original condition
- The original shoe box must be placed inside another box for return shipping
- Returns without original packaging may be rejected
